Learn more about the Certificate 3 in Fitness; is it right for you?

Hi. My name’s Dave from the College of Health and Fitness. Today we’re going to talk about the Cert III in Fitness.

In the Cert III in Fitness, we teach you to understand the anatomy of the physiology, occupational health and safety and what it involves with a risk analysis so we can train our clients safely.

We also understand how the body works and how our programming can benefit or advise them. We undergo nutrition analysis as well, so we understand how the basic things like carbs, proteins, fats, how they work with the body.

We also learn how to do fitness testing so you can get the baseline fitness of your client and understand how to programme and safely reach their goals. Also as you learn, you’re going to understand the basic in exercise techniques, what are some of the compound and isolated techniques for exercises. And as an elective we also have group and aqua as electives so you can learn about those.
